Who We Are

Paul Earley
Paul Earley is the Principal of Earley Consulting, and has almost 25 years experience in the financial advice industry. Prior to setting up the practice in 2006 as an Independent Financial Planning firm, Paul held a number of Senior Management and Client Advisory roles in Private Banking and Financial Planning firms in both Ireland and Australia, and brings a wealth of domestic and international experience to the business.

He is a Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA) and is a member of the Life Insurance Association (LIA)

Paul is also well known in sporting circles as a former inter county Gaelic footballer, GAA Coach and Mentor and GAA analyst on TV.

Over the years Paul has refined his sports coaching philosophy and applied it with success to the needs of the clients of Earley Consulting.  One of the guiding principles of Earley Consulting is the belief that clients benefit most from a system of ongoing financial coaching designed to constantly monitor and advise clients as circumstances change.

Paul has a keen interest in supporting charitable causes and was one of the organisers and participants in the inaugural Race the Rás Charity Cycle 2011 where he cycled 1260 kms over 8 days and raised very substantial funds for the Irish Cancer Society and GOAL.  Ever the sports enthusiast Paul intends to set himself the challenge of completing an endurance event every year for charity.

Marie-Elaine Duffy
Marie-Elaine Duffy is Client Service Manager with Earley Consulting, she also has over 25 years experience in financial services. Before joining the practice,
Marie- Elaine held the positions of Customer Service Manager and Administration Manager with Zurich Life.  Following that she went on to set up the administration department for a newly formed Private Client business in Bank of Ireland and held the position of Head of Administration. More recently Marie-Elaine has worked in the areas of Training and Development before taking on the role of Marketing Manager at Bank of Ireland Private Banking.

Marie-Elaine is a Fellow of the Life Insurance Association (FLIA).
